NORTH BETHESDA, Md. - The trio of Payton Bleach, Elizabeth Surine and Jayne McPartland posted top-10 finishes as the Lions captured first place in their division at the Georgetown Prep Invitational on Saturday.

Bleach finished fifth with a time of 24:25, while Surine finished 13 seconds behind to claim sixth. McPartland placed ninth crossing the line in 25:09.

Maryvale Prep concludes their regular season on Wednesday against Notre Dame Prep and host Bryn Mawr. Race time is 3:30 p.m.
