On Thursday, December 8, 2022, St. Timothy's School swam against John Carroll, Beth Tfiloh, and St. Vincent Pallotti High School. 

The Head Coach and Atheltic Director for St. Timothy's, Barbara Beidler was so moved by the way the St. Vincent Pallotti swimmers carried themselves.  The Panthers cheered for not only their own teammates, but everyone swimming.  Beidler noticed this right away and also noticed the way their positive spirit infected the entire space...soon everyone was cheering for everyone.  Beidler said, "I thought this was such a pure and beautiful example of sportsmanship, so I spoke to the coach after the meet and asked if I could present her entire team with a Character Coin". 

Way to Go and Congratulations to St. Vincent Pallotti coaches and swim team!!  That's the way to do it!
