Aubrey netted both goals for the Magic in a 2-1 victory over Fallston in the IAAM Challenge on Saturday to help the defending A Conference champs to extend their winning streak to 17 games dating back to last year’s opener in the Challenge.

Mercy coach Tom Durkin said that the sophomore standout “is playing a huge role for us” while learning a new position.

“We believe that she’s going to score a lot of goals for us as she continues to get comfortable,” Durkin added. “For her to score two phenomenal head balls (assisted by junior Mack Hobik) in our first game of the season speaks volumes about the work she has put in. I’m proud of her and excited for what’s ahead.”
