About Kristin:  

According to Maryvale coach Jason Miller, Kristin had a "phenomenal career day" performance at the Pikesville Invitational Meet over the weekend, throwing the discus just over 99 feet and putting the shot 32 feet, 11.5 inches.

Her discus toss placed her in the top-three all-time for Maryvale athletes, not that far removed from being a runner-up in the shot put at the IAAM indoor championship meet to earn All-Star status. 

"Kristin also competes in the long jump and triple, and you can also see her pole vaulting at some meets," Miller added. "She is a great captain and a very hard worker."
